Overview

This book is a depiction of the lives of the Clines who originated through Hans George Cline (Klein), an immigrant from Alsace. He was a Revolutionary War Soldier and wintered with George Washington in Valley Forge. His family moved to Ft. Henry and eventually to Jericho, Ohio where his sons started the first churches in the area. This book depicts the lives of subsequent generations of Clines (1800-1900s) who eventually moved to other counties in Ohio and then to other states. They lived through the Civil War and subsequent wars along with the Great Depression. I hope you enjoy reading about their lives and through that have a better understanding of our country through their eyes.
